Here is an update from Keith, Sep. 1, 2005. It is incredibly sad. I can't even imagine what all those that were affected by Hurricane Katrina are going through. Please say a prayer for all of them.

Hello Patricia,
This is Keith Francis with your Fruta Vida upline support team. I am
writing you from a friend`s computer, as my trusty ole Dell is no more.
Katrina claimed it.

If you`ve been with Fruta Vida for some time, you probably received an
email update from me last Saturday about what then was an impending
Hurricane (Katrina) in the Gulf Of Mexico.

I`m sure you`re also fully aware by now of the devastation Katrina has
wreaked upon my home town of New Orleans, other cities and towns in SE
Louisiana, as well as in Mississippi, and Alabama.

I have been thru Vietnam, Hurricane Betsy in 1965 as a teenager, and
several other hurricanes, but I have never in my life witnessed anything
like this.

My home town is a disaster area. It literally no longer exists. New
Orleans is un-inhabitable.

I don`t care how bad you may think you have it right now, I strongly
suggest that you take just a minute to hug your loved ones, tell them you
love them, and realize how fortunate you are.

Even though my home is under 15 feet of water and my family and I have
lost everything we own, we are the lucky New Orleanians because we got
out before Hell arrived last Monday.

My immediate family which consists of my wife, 3 adult children, and 3
grandchildren are all safe.

Unfortunately, we have not been able to reach my sister who evacuated
to a hotel in New Orleans. Nor have I been able to find out about my
father and mother. It doesn`t look very good because the area where my
father lived and where I was raised is under 15-20 feet of water.

My father told me on Saturday evening, like so many other ole timers in
New Orleans, that he wasn`t leaving. I am trying to prepare myself for
the eventual news that we might have lost him and perhaps my mother as
well.

As I said, even in the midst of so much anguish, I know that I am one
of the lucky New Orleanians because my immediate family is alive and
safe.

We are temporarily staying with some very dear friends up in St. Louis
and will probably be here until late next week. My wife heard from her
employer today, and we`ll probably be relocating to Northern Louisiana
until my wife retires next year.

I`m not sure at this point if I want to move back to New Orleans, even
though the earliest prospect of doing that wouldn`t be for at least 4-6
months anyway. At this point, the great memories of 54 years are
haunted by a nightmare that I don`t want to be reminded of.

Thank God my Fruta Vida business allows me to work from almost
anywhere.

If you believe in a Higher Power, Patricia, please keep the people of
New Orleans, SE Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama in your prayers.

The anguish many people are experiencing is almost unimaginable. As I
said, even with my family`s personal disaster, as well as not knowing
the status of some of my family, we are the lucky New Orleanians.

I am going to be taking sometime off to get settled in my new home in
North Louisiana over the next couple of weeks, (My wife`s employer will
be assisting us with finding a house) so please contact corporate or
another member of your Fruta Vida upline during my absence.

I would like to thank all of those members who have expressed their
concern for me and my family and our safety. It means a lot to us.

going to send out another update until next week.

However, I had to stop for just a moment and share this with you.

I don`t know how serious you are about building a successful business
with Fruta Vida over the long haul, Patricia (How BIG is your "Why")...
However, i believe these new numbers will give you something to think

WOW great things are coming our way!! Scotty's new update

It has been a good couple weeks since we sent out our corporate ezine and boy do we have a lot to go over this week! Fruta Vida has seen extensive growth over the last 6 months, so extensive that the numbers took us completely by surprise. We just had our biggest week ever for new recruits and topped the 850 mark. Yes 854 people joined Fruta Vida in the last 7 days! And there is no slowing in site.

We are on track to shatter the first year sales I did in my previous company Changes International. And that company went on to do $100 million dollars in sales in it's first 48 months.

As you will read later, with the coming of sample bottles, retail brochures, and discounted cases, we can really start getting our product into the hands of even more consumers.

We are currently in the process of filming a TV infomercial in Los Angels with the producers that did the Super Blue Pain Gel product a couple years ago. Their infomercial moved over $80 million dollars in product in a very short period of time. This infomercial will cover everything from my trip to Brazil, a tour of the rainforest, our manufacturing facilities and basically tell the "Fruta Vida Story".

This infomercial will be available to all reps in a CD or DVD format for you to make copies of and share.

My weekly Founders call has been a huge success with full calls, great questions and a good time for all. We are about to legally open Jamaica with Norway and then Canada to follow.

I, too am a diabetic, and my wife and I both take the Futa Vida on a daily basis.

I started taking Fruta Vida 1 week ago. I suffered for years with a sleep dissorder that would keep me up night after night.

I wouldn`t even feel tired till 2-4 in the morning. I would force myself to bed, and then lay there tossing and turning, and once I would start to fall asleep, my body would do this thing that would scare me...

...like my heart would stop for a while and then wake me up, several times a night.

"When I wrote my first story about what the product has done for me, I said it was helping with depression.

As time goes on, I am constantly amazed at how much I have changed. I am a meditator, so I`m used to watching my mind and my moods. I just can`t seem to really get into a good, deep depression any more!

Not to say that years of practice at this don`t attempt to lead me there. But I just drink my Fruta Vida, tell my mind "thanks for sharing that pessimistic, dark view with me today", and get on with my great life!

I am part of life in a way I have never been before. I like myself, and I can`t seem to beat myself up the way I have all my life.

I imagine this is what "normal" people feel like -- and I had given up on ever experiencing this.

I had just accepted that I had gone as far as I could with many years of therapy, meditation, self help tapes, and medication -- and that I would just live out the rest of my life wishing I could somehow be different.

Well, now I am different. I have a deep sense of my self worth, which I never had before no matter what I achieved or how much praise I garnered. And now I can be of service and use my talents to help others, instead of the way it used to be.

Before, I would jump in and do great things, or start things, or try to help people -- but this would almost always end in my pulling back when the darkness arose.

Call it clinical depression, manic depression -- whatever it was, it always had me in its grip and no matter how often I squirmed out, it always got me back.

Thank you for the work you are doing to help us bring this Fruta Vida to the world. I intend to visit the Rainforest next year to see for myself what we are doing to preserve these miracles -- and I want to take a large group with me.

The funny thing is, I now believe I will be able to follow through and actually do this, thanks to Fruta Vida!"

“I have noticed changes after taking FrutaVida for a short time. My energy level is up; I have lost some weight, and I rarely get those nasty night sweats now, etc.

Here`s the best part... A couple of years ago, I burnt myself on the iron (on the top of my arm ). At first, I just ignored it, and carried on with what I was doing.

A short time later, it got worst, so I dealt with it (cold water). Within the week, it had become quite infected, so I got some stuff for it and got it cleaned up. Afterwards, I was left with a nasty scar (about the size of a twoonie), and the appearance was quite purplish.

Dear Fruta Vida,

I was diagnosed with internal scleroderma, an auto immune disease, in 1998. This disease is said to be incurable and its defining characteristic are the building up of collagen in the internal organs.

Scleroderma patients develop symptoms such as extreme fatigue, joint and muscle pain, circulation problems to the extremities and severe digestive problems, just to name a few.

About a year ago, I began really feeling the affects of this slow-moving, but sometimes fatal, disease. I began sleeping more (sometimes 11-13 hours a night just to make it through the day), was experiencing joint and muscle pain and also developed digestive problems (including intolerance to wheat, corn, dairy, sugar and soy).

What affected me most of all, however, was that no matter how much I slept, I was always fatigued. I was beginning to become depressed and had given up on a lot of my projects, hopes and dreams. I simply did not have the energy to do anything other than go to work and fall into bed each night.

Well, all that changed three weeks ago!

From the moment I began taking Fruta Vida, I noticed a difference! I now have more energy. My thinking is clearer, my mood is brighter and I do not fall into bed at nine o`clock every night! I now get 7-8 restful hours of sleep and have energy to burn.

"I have always been a person who did not have much energy. However, my life is, and has been filled with many things that I do on a daily basis.

I have a highly stressful job, and because of my commitment and dedication to serving God and His people, I am very involved in Church work. I am the ninth of twelve children, and we were raised by our parents to always be there for each other.

My oldest brother is the Pastor of the church that I attend. In 1997, he had his first heart attack, and then had three additional ones between November and December 2001. At the time of his last heart attack, he was diagnosed as a diabetic.

On Monday, May 9, 2005 he was admitted to the hospital because his feet are very infected due to diabetes. On the evening of Friday, May 13, 2005 he experienced severe chest pains and was put in ICU.

That Friday morning before going to the hospital, my younger brother had told me about the Fruta Vida, and that Arvall Hall was going to meet with him and explain the drink. I had my brother to set up a conference call so that I could ask Arvall several questions to determine the legitimacy of the product.

After our conversation, I was impressed with the product and invited Arvall to come to my house for further discussion. He had met with me, and gave me a sample of this great drink.

Dear Fruta Vida,

For 4 years, I have had a BAD BACK, and it got harder to move around with each passing day. Until around three weeks ago, I thought I`d be in a wheel chair in no more than a couple of months.

Not only did I have a bad back, but both legs were numb from my hips to the bottom of my feet, with continuos pain in both back and legs. A specialist told me that I had severe, severe, arthritis in my back and legs, and he told me there was nothing he could do about it.

Just wanted to send a little note to say that I am quite impressed with the product. Today I was so exhausted that I felt as if a freight train had ran over me in the night and I could hardly keep my eyes open by 4pm. I took some frutavida and after about 1/2 an hour later I felt energized, so much so that I thoroughly cleaned my family room and downstairs bathroom before I made a large supper.

Before I took it, I felt like ordering in and couldn't of cared less if my family room looked like it had been hit by a tornado and the bathroom would soon be a science experiment ; ) lol. Anyways, I am amazed. Nothing that I have tried in the past has ever helped me so much to gain much needed extra energy.

It is 10pm and I have about 2 hours of engraving ahead of me and I know one thing for sure, without FV in my system I wouldn't be able to do it.
